Ashley Halko-Addley is a second year graduate student in Media and Cultural Studies with a specialization in Ukrainian Folklore at the University of Alberta. She is the Media Technician for the University of Alberta Ukrainian Students’ Society and works as a Research Assistant at the Kule Folklore Centre. In 2017, Ashley completed her Bachelor of Arts Honours in Anthropology and Ukrainian Studies at the University of Saskatchewan, where she was Co-President of the Ukrainian Students’ Association. Ashley served as Alumni Director on the 2016-17 SUSK Executive and as Executive Vice President on the 2017-18 SUSK Executive. When she is not studying or volunteering, Ashley can be found travelling or singing with the Viter Ukrainian Dancers and Folk Choir. She is excited to fill the position of Alumni Director once again and to work on SUSK’s alumni relations and archives
