GoGlobal is a non-partisan NGO established after the Revolution of Dignity to champion the learning of foreign languages in Ukraine. The company strives to equip Ukrainians with the skills needed to be competitive in the 21st century, and promote greater exchange and cooperation with the rest of the world. Recognizing the importance of this initiative, the president of Ukraine declared 2016 the Year of English in Ukraine.
They have partnered with the Ukrainian government, NGOs, businesses, foreign embassies and individuals to train teachers in innovative teaching methods, bring movies in English to cinemas across the country, and encourage private language schools to offer free courses.

They have also built a strong network in Ukraine and now need your help to ensure the success of their newest initiative – GoCamps. Under the aegis of the Ministry of Education, some 3,000 schools across Ukraine will be organizing summer language camps this June. A select 150 will receive additional material and training support from GoGlobal to be specialized “GoCamps”.

An important component of GoCamps will be the participation of English-speaking foreigners. GoGlobal are looking for volunteers to serve as camp counselors and cultural ambassadors. The program lasts from June 1 – 19 (June 1-5: training, June 6-19: camps, option to extend through June 24). Schools and local state administrations will provide volunteers with free accommodation, while GoGlobal will organize a special training program prior to the start of the camps.
